House Anise and House Ouzo – cozy beach houses with direct beach access
The two-storey houses both span 90 sqm of living space surrounded by a lush green garden and protected by shady pergolas.
Up to 6 guests can stay here which can be rented separately or together. Ideal for families or a group of friends, the houses are equipped with two bathrooms, an indoor kitchen and a large outdoor kitchen, not far from the shared pool in the big garden. A separate large pergola with space for up to 12 people to eat while the sundown becomes an unforgettable experience.

The property offers so much space that everyone will find their quiet corner to dream. It is only a few steps through the garden, past the high reeds directly to the beach of Glyfada, which borders directly on Alyko the nature reserve. Even in high season, there is not much going on here, having the feeling of your own dreamy private beach. The white sand here is soft and forms a smooth transition into the turquoise blue water.

Mieke a Dutch Interior Designer moved to Naxos 15 years ago having met the love of her life (Jan). Running a beach cafe in Flisvos for the last several years she is frequently on her toes. It’s been a labour of love putting attention into every detail of this summer island retreat.
Jan the most Greek-German you can imagine moved to the Island 30 years ago to run the surf school. The Flisvos Sportclub is a fixed institution for all water sports enthusiasts who come to the island. He will also provide you with enough surf and kite equipment. There are no limits to your fun on the water.
Remo’s love for the island’s energy makes him a natural ambassador for Greek island living. Hailing from Berlin, half Greek and Italian, he has been frequenting the island for 35 years, residing between Berlin and Naxos.
