Monte-Carlo invites you to a culinary voyage of discovery of the lumières d’étoiles from September 29 to November 11
From September 29 to November 11, 2023, the third edition of the “Festival des Etoilés” Monte-Carlo will take place. The huge success of the previous series of events makes this year’s edition the culinary event not to be missed. The resort’s Michelin-starred chefs will be hosting four-handed dinners, each of which they invite chefs of international standing to prepare.
First up is Chef Marcel Ravin, who invites Singapore-based French Chef Julien Royer to prepare exceptional Dinner for September 29 and 30. Then, on October 13 and 14, guests are invited to the grill of the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo to enjoy delicacies created and prepared by Chef Dominique Lory together with English Chef Jason Atherton. Also at the Hôtel de Paris, Amaury Bouhours, chef de cuisine of the Parisian palace hotel Le Meurice,will meet his mentor Alain Ducasse to indulge discerning palates four-handed with his friend Emmanuel Pilon at Louis XV-Alain Ducasse on October 27 and 28. To conclude this series of exquisite encounters, chef Yannick Alléno welcomes Swiss 3-star chef Sven Wassmer on November 3 at the Pavyllon Monte-Carlo of the Hôtel Hermitage.
The final gala will take place on November 11, 2023 in the middle of the Place du Casino in the Salle Empire of the Hôtel de Paris at a candlelight dinner, which will shine in a very special light the total of 7 stars of all participating chefs.
With its 30 restaurants and bars, a total of 7 Michelin stars and more than 150 years of experience in the Art de Vivre, the Resort Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer remains the most prestigious of all culinary venues. Once again this year, the resort’s chefs are inviting 2- and 3-star chefs from France, Singapore, the United Kingdom and Switzerland to join together in honoring gastronomy in its purest form.
Les Lumière d’étoiles
The closing gala will take place on November 11 at the Salle Empire, the resort’s iconic venue in the heart of the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo. The 7-star dinner, entirely dedicated to the “Lumières d’étoiles”, will be prepared by the chefs of Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer, as in the previous editions of this event. This dinner sees itself as the quintessence of the new Art de Vivre of Monte-Carlo. An exceptional moment where guests will indulge in culinary dreams under the starry galaxy of Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer.
