iF Design Award for Tangente Sport by NOMOS Glashütte

For the ninth time in a row: The Saxon watch manufacturer NOMOS Glashütte wins the renowned design prize for the Tangente Sport model.

78 international experts have decided and awarded Tangente Sport by NOMOS Glashütte the iF Design Award 2020. There were 7298 candidates from 56 countries. The award is a globally recognized trademark and has been honoring outstanding design achievements for 67 years.

Latest automatic watch

Tangente Sport, the manufature’s latest automatic watch, is based on the classic Tangente, but is more robust and sporty. The case with screw-down crown resembles a safe that protects the innovative neomatik movement. The white silver-plated dial is adorned with an extra-large date, luminous paint on hands and hour-markers, and the lettering “1000 feet”; a reference to the special water-resistance. Also extremely sturdy and extremely comfortable to wear: the NOMOS metal bracelet.
