A Personal Journey Through Art
Curated in collaboration with Hockney himself, the exhibition provides an intimate look into his artistic universe. The display follows his creative trajectory from his early days in Bradford, London, and California, to his vibrant depictions of Yorkshire, Normandy, and London in the last 25 years. Among the iconic masterpieces showcased are:

- A Bigger Splash (1967) – one of his most recognizable works.
- Portrait of an Artist (Pool with Two Figures) (1972) – a study in perspective and emotional depth.
- A Bigger Grand Canyon (1998) – a monumental landscape painting.
- 220 for 2020 – a series of iPad works capturing seasonal changes in Normandy.

The exhibition culminates in an immersive opera-inspired installation, reflecting Hockney’s passion for music and performance.
The Reinvention of a Master
Hockney has continuously embraced new technologies to expand his artistic expression. From early photo collages to the iPad paintings of recent years, his ability to innovate remains unparalleled. The final room of the exhibition will reveal his latest London-based works, influenced by great masters such as Edvard Munch and William Blake.

A richly illustrated book, published by Fondation Louis Vuitton and Thames & Hudson, will accompany the exhibition, featuring new essays and insights into Hockney’s artistic legacy.
