About Culinaria Living
Manfred Kofler was born in Dorf Tirol and is a passionate chef. He learnt his trade in international restaurants. Back in South Tyrol, his cuisine at Culinaria im Farmerkreuz was characterised by traditional and Mediterranean influences. In 2017, he was awarded a Michelin star for this. Now a new adventure begins – quality, creativity and passion remain.
