Aman, the world-renowned hotel and lifestyle brand, has launched Aman Interiors. This newly created division was launched at the suggestion of long-standing customers who want to experience the brand’s outstanding design quality and aesthetics not only during their stays, but also in their own living spaces. The aim is to bring the proven DNA of peace, simple elegance and understated luxury into customers’ private residences.
Aman Interiors enables customers to connect more deeply with the brand’s unique design language. The Foundations Collection comprises carefully selected furniture designs brought to life by international artisans and specialized suppliers. These designs are bespoke to Aman, draw inspiration from international destinations and are available to customers on request. In addition, Aman Interiors will collaborate with renowned architects and designers such as Kengo Kuma to create exclusive limited edition furniture pieces.
The company will also offer an interior design and sourcing service for owners of Aman Branded Residences. This service curates antiques and furniture that can be seamlessly integrated into Aman Interiors’ bespoke, site-specific designs.
At Design Miami from December 5-10, 2023, Aman Interiors presented its first collaboration, the Migumi Collection with Kengo Kuma. The Japanese architect, known for his partnerships with Aman, celebrates nature in his work and has designed a signature dining table and chair for Aman Interiors, inspired by the fusion of sunlight and wood that Kuma experienced when designing the Aman Miami Beach Residences.
The Migumi Collection uses a natural material palette of white oak and Calacatta marble that creates dynamic relationships with its surroundings. As the sunlight changes throughout the day, the structure comes to life, creating a mesmerizing dance of light and dark.
The Foundations Collection, which will be available in early 2024, comprises exclusive designs that embody the spirit of the brand in form, proportion and purity of materials. Designed by Aman Interiors in their London studio and handcrafted by artisans worldwide, the Foundations pieces lend rooms a calm atmosphere.
